Project Spotlight

Bright Side Opportunities Center was created to address the unique cultural, social, and economic needs of southwest Lancaster, offering services and resources to all members of the community: youth, elderly, non-native English speakers, and more. Headed by President and CEO Willonda McCloud, the organization tapped Shumaker PDT to produce their first-ever Sneaker Ball and transform their gymnasium space with scenic lighting, gobo projections, and offer full-audio support.

Room transformations are a speciality area for our team, and we welcomed the opportunity to partner with a local NPO to help further advance their mission and create a high-energy atmosphere for guests and stakeholders. The Sneaker Ball offered guests a red-carpet experience, a silent auction, dancing and entertainment.
