Milton Hershey School is a top-tier private school for qualifying students in pre-K through 12th grade, offering life-changing opportunities and experiences that other schools simply cannot. Founded in 1909 by chocolate industrialist Milton S. Hershey and his wife Catherine, the school works to break the cycles of poverty.
Senior Prom marks an important milestone in the journey of MHS students into their commencement exercises. The Class of 2023 are the first students to use the newly-renovated Founders Hall for prom. The school’s most recognizable building, Founders Hall was fully transformed by our team so students were “under the stars.”

Milton Hershey School approached Shumaker PDT with a unique challenge: transforming a space familiar to students into something wholly new and unexpected, while still showcasing the grandeur of Founders Hall. We jumped at the opportunity to lend our talents and expertise in support of such a prestigious and celebrated institution here in Central Pennsylvania. The planning committee placed their trust in us to design and execute in a fairly compressed time frame — and gave us the latitude to bring creative ideas to light within a generous budget.
